Position: Coordinator and Supervisor

Location: Hyderabad 

Job Profile:

• Monitoring the helpline’s performance on the day-to-day basis.

• Supervising the counsellor’s performance and providing them guidance as and when required

• Evaluating training needs of the counsellors

• Actively managing the helpline publicity and assist in strategic planning.

• Assisting and guiding the administrative personnel for administrative work

• Report writing

• Coordination with various stakeholders and vendors

Eligibility criteria:

• Possess a full-time master’s degree in counselling or clinical Psychology (MA/MSc) from a recognized and reputed University.

• Have at least two to three years of counselling experience.

• Experience of leading a team/ supervising mental health professionals for one year would be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Telugu, English, Hindi, and Urdu

• Have sound knowledge of therapeutic process skills and psychotherapy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Job nature for all jobs: On contract basis till November 2023.
