Position: Programme Manager

Organization: Chotanagpur Sanskritik Sangh

Location: Ranchi

Key Responsibilities:
* Regular monitoring of all the projects and communication with coordinators and community mobilizers.
* Acting as a point of coordination between Programme Implementation teams and CSS Management
* Regular corespondence with CSS and its donors.
* Tracking Project flow and ensuring timely reporting
* Establishing coordination with govt. officials, PRI members, academicians and other relevant stakeholders

Skills required:
* Project Management
* Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi
* Strategic Planning
* Report writing
* Good knowledge of MS Office, Google forms, etc.
* Clarity of Development and Social Work topics

Minimum requirements:
* Masters degree in any subject with atleast 6 years of working experience in social sector
* Experience in management and implementation roles

Remuneration:

Montly cost to the organisation between INR 35,000 to INR 45,000 based on working experience and interdisciplinary skills
