Timely and Effective Delivery of Sessions
To implement the project STEM for Girls in secondary schools.
Acknowledge them by the importance of STEM education and its career scopes.
Work with students to build their self-confidence.
Content delivery with the help of a given manual like gender norms, life skills, digital literacy, coding, etc.
Capacity building of students by creating interactive classrooms.
Acknowledge them by the importance of 21st-century skills.
Enabling Girls to break the barriers for accessing technology.
Create, maintain and develop database of students’ contact details for online engagement and develop content for online engagement for students.
Update databases of parents’, teachers’ contact numbers , addresses which is possible for offline engagement with all the stakeholders.
Work with State Project Office to identify areas for intervention in online mode
Develop content for engaging students on thematic areas of project
Take engaging sessions with the students and maintain record of the same
Relationship Management
