Position: Skill Training Coordinator

Organization: Sahyog Care For You

Location: Delhi

Objectives of this Role
1. Develop and implement procedures and policies for the Sahyog Care for You projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and expectations are managed.
2. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder groups, overseeing communication with internal/external project participants and assigning tasks accordingly.
3. Oversee the project development process, outlining performance measures, budget controls,resources, and milestones.
4. Monitor project quality, address issues as they arise, and ensure successful completion of the project.
5. Identify and manage risk associated with the project, mitigating it efficiently and coordinating change
requests.
6. Prepare regular project progress reports to management, highlighting progress and potential issues,and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and other project deliverables.
8. Ensure project compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
9. Implement and follow best practices for the project management process and adhere to Sahyog Care
For You standards and policies.
10. Support Sahyog Care For You standards and policies program management in all project activities,including contractual requirements and project management.

 

Duties & Responsibilities –
1. Experience building collaboration and monitoring relationships between grantees, donors, and other stakeholders.
2. Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and international NGOs.
3. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to form and
manage effective teams.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets for projects, including developing cost analysis, estimation,
and reporting.
5. Maintain project documentation, including status reports, budgets, timetables, and other related
project information.
6. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial and non-financial project reports in coordination with team
members.
7. Effectively manage project cost, resources, scope, and quality.
8. Provide support to team members while resolving project issues, conflicts, and delays.
9. Monitor and evaluate all aspects of project performance to ensure adherence to quality standards,policies, and procedures.
10. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement strategies for optimizing project outcomes.

 

Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in social sciences/international development/public administration/economics, or a related field of study
2. At least three years of demonstrated professional experience in community development, project coordination
3. Previous experience working with NGOs
4. Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to work both independently on initiatives and collaboratively with others
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meets tight deadlines, and work well under pressure
Language: Excellent communication in hinda & English is essential.
