Position: Block Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Program Manager in devising project plan and implementation.
2. Prepare monthly/ quarterly/annual planning with consultation of the Program Manager.
3. Develop block level micro plan for the daily implementation of the project activities for the project team.
4. Support the Program Manager and project team in organizing child centric support activities for the development of children.
5. Guide and supervise the Program Associate activities in their respective Gram Panchayats.
6. Ensure proper implementation of the project activities at the community level and its monitoring.
7. Help the Program Associates in planning, implementing and monitoring of different community level initiatives.
8. Maintaining strong relationships with various apex level stakeholders and mobilizing them.
9. Building good working relationships with various service delivery structure statutory bodies and local authority.
10. Problems solving at the field and community level.
11. Provide field support to the Program Manager, other staff of the organization and external stakeholders.
12. Monitoring day to day activities of the field and the Program Associates.
13. Facilitate feedback from students, teachers, school, community members and staff to continually improve the effectiveness of the program and implementation.
14. Prepare and submit required reports of the specific block.

Desired profile
We are looking for candidates who have great mobilization and networking skills with adequate experience in working with schools and communities. We are looking for an applicant who have Graduation/Post Graduation degree (MSW, MA in Sociology, MBA or in relevant stream.) with 2-3 years of experience.

Remuneration
Rs. 22,500/- along with other benefits such as travel and communication.
