Position: Community Worker

Job Description:

• This is a field-based job where over 85% time needs to be spent on the field. The candidate should have and be able to drive two-wheelers.
• Building a relationship with children and their parents in the project area, forming and interacting with children's groups while conducting sessions.
• Interacting with local government officials and departments including ICDS and schools
• Submitting data and reports of work in the required format on a weekly basis.
• Attend any trainings that are required to carry out the job effectively.

Qualifications required:

• Graduate with good academic background. A degree in social work or related disciplines will be preferred
• Good communication and group facilitation skills
• Working knowledge of Bangla, Hindi, and English is necessary.
• Basic computer knowledge in Word and Excel.

Salary: 13,000/- including Travel allowance
