Position: Project Director

Organization: Grameen Foundation

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Use strategic thinking to translate ideas and concepts from research and/or practice/policy into concrete actions and plans, and anticipate long term challenges and trends to develop appropriate strategies
• Provide primary contact for the industry partners like Banks, Regulatory Authorities, Financial Institutions, NGOs and FinTechs
• Develop detailed project plans and adhere to the Project Management methodology and use the project planning tools for project implementation including but not limited to Risk Management, Partner Engagement, Vendors, Compliance & Legal Agreements, internal and external communications, Project Schedules, and M&E.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• MBA from premier institutions, preferably with specialization in Finance/ Banking
• 12-15 years of relevant experience in banking industry particularly in Digital Financial Services and Business Correspondent sector.
• Outstanding project management skills with proven track record of achievement under challenging situations and multi-stakeholder arrangements.
