Requirement: Min. 2 years of work experience in the Development sector.

Job Description
Position Description: Associate (BD 8 HR)

1. Tracking of Opportunities

The Associate would be responsible for business development activities as outlined below.

• Tracking tender opportunities published in different websites of bilateral and multilateral agencies.
• Tracking tender opportunities published in different government, project, and paid tender sites.
• Web search for tender and business opportunities using various search engines.
• Entering tender opportunities identified in the online management system of the organization.

2. Maintaining Consultants Database and Roster

The Associate would be responsible for maintaining the consultant's database and Roster as outlined below. 

• Screen CVs received from technical teams, job sites, advertisements, etc., and Index them as per the laid down procedure. 
• Prepare an abstract of CVs and update the roster maintained in the online management system.
• Maintain consultants CV in raw and formatted types In the organizational repository database earmarked for consultants using an approved indexing system.
• Update key CVs on a six-monthly basis and the others on an annual basis by contacting the consultants.

3. Consultants Search

The Associate would search for consultants as per the requested profile as outlined below.

• Search CVs of potential consultants in subscribed job sites. Linkedln, general web search using search engines, name search, etc. Screen and prepare preliminary to shortlist for review and discussion and closing of consultants

4. Others

i. Assist In business development function Other tasks that may be assigned as per the requirement 

Experience: 1.2 Years of Experience in Tender Search, HR management activities. Should be IT and Internet savvy to handle e-procurement sites Qualification: Masters in any Discipline preferably Business Management/ Rural Management/IT/ Social Development 

Package Offered:1.4 to 1.8 Lakhs Per Annum
