Job Description
 We are hiring 1 Community Facilitators to work with ICICI Foundation.
Skills required
 Knowledge in agriculture and allied activities.
 Community mobilization

Roles and responsibilities (tentative and shall be changed as per requirement)
 Conducting training, meetings, and events
 Identification of trainers to conduct training
 Data collection – baseline and tracking required (indicators) data regularly
 Ability to engage with block-level government officials

 Assisting Development Officer (DO) in the establishment of a value chain system

 Assisting DO in preparing business development plans
 Formation & registration of groups as pre-requirement
 Coordinate collective marketing
 Coordination between the market linkages (traders) and farmers.
 Any work entrusted by DO

Requirement
 Any Graduation from social sciences, agriculture or arts. (In avoidable situation, relaxation may be requested)
 One or two years’ experience in development work or in the agriculture sector will be an added advantage.
 (having own vehicle is an advantage)

Location
 CF needs to work in 4 – 5 villages. Districts: Damoh (Hatta block)
 CFs should stay in or nearby village locations
Financial
 Take-home salary per month is 14 to 18 thousands and per annum, CTC will be 1.68 lakh to 2.16 lakhs
 Travel: Per Kilo Meter Rs. 3/- & per month limit is up to Rs.2,200/-.
