Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
•Handling case assignments by admitting patients to the medical facility, reviewing records, and conducting orientation.
•Responsible for Clinical Documentation, Case Management, Medical coding, Billing and HIM.

Skilled in Operation management, Clinics management JCI standard implementation, Quality accreditation, Customer care management, Admission office management, Insurance and revenue cycle management, HealthCare information management, Standardization of documentation process, Designing the MR forms, Electronic medical records, Medical records digitization, clinical documentation review, Staff Monitoring Medico legal management, Hospital and Health care management with a renowned Health Care facility.

•Trained to analysing the case on daily basis along with the treating physician and provide daily feedback.
knowledge of HAAD adjudication guideline, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology and Radiology coding; adept in handling the client transitions and software migrations, effectively and efficiently. Fine-tuned analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•Preparing Initial tentative DRG and TRACK the cases on Daily Basis.
A bachelor's degree in relevant healthcare field.
A healthcare-related license, certification, or registration is preferred (CPC, CCS, etc). Excellent professional & technical skills
Ability to remain up to date with emerging medical knowledge and technology. Hospital & Health care industry experience for more than 5 years
