• MSW (preference for psychiatric social worker) or MA in Psychology.
• English writing/communication skills

Job Responsibilities :

Based in Indore, the “Program Coordinator / Social Worker” is under the line management Project Manager. He/She will be responsible to:

·         Monitoring, supervision and implementation of project activities as per project plan

·         Supervise and implement case management interventions,

·         Documentation and reporting,

Key Activities/Tasks/Duties:

• Plan and implement case management activities through assessment, case planning, case implementation, follow-up through interaction with the client, and group meetings with project staff.
• Visit the houses on regular basis and supervise project staff to manage home care of clients,
• Checked the available facilities in houses,
• Monitor the case management-related documents (Registers, daily reports & voice notes, etc.)
• Resolving the issues among them. (Clients to clients or staff to staff and also clients to staff)
• Procurement process for purchasing things for the house and clients
• Meeting with project staff on a daily, and weekly basis
• Monitor the Updates on WhatsApp & Telegram. 
• Preparing documents for submission to the required Department.
• Keeping documents into the SharePoint as for record.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and need-based reports and sharing them with concerned authorities/agencies.
• Make available the medicines for clients and check their stock on regular basis,
• Manage Client care and their re-integration into family/community
• Build networking & liaisoning with government departments, hospitals, and other NGOs, etc.
• Providing follow-up and monitoring after re-integration of the client into family
