Position: Senior Professional

Location: Mumbai

A large CSR foundation based in Mumbai is looking for a senior professional with background in social sector finance and accounting. Incumbent will work closely with CEO and be responsible for managing finance functions & Dept with Team.

Qualifications: 
- ICWA or CA with around 15-18 years’ experience 

Key Role:
- Oversee the financial and reporting systems to ensure all regulatory compliances
- Lead foundation’s budgeting and track annual expenditure commitments
- Monitor programmatic expenditures to track project progress
- Oversee legal documentation and contract management for the foundation 
- Act as custodian and be responsible for all financial SoPs and systems 
- Responsible for maintaining internal controls and coordinate various audit activities 

Knowledge and Skills:
- Should be knowledgeable on section 135 of the Companies Act and other compliances associated with CSR in India
- Good analytical skills: should be able to summarise and presentation financial data effectively 
- Excellent negotiation skills: should be able to negotiate with program partners on budget
