Job Description: -

• Facilitating linkage of reactive Pregnant Women with SAICTC for confirmation
• Facilitating linkage of Positive Pregnant Women (PPW) with ART centre for treatment
• Mapping of the Family Planning Centres and linkage of PPW to the same
• Facilitating ANC and institutional delivery of PPW
• Facilitating timely virological test for HIV exposed infants
• Facilitating partner/Spouse testing of Positive Pregnant Women
• Facilitating receipt of PPTCT care cascade to Positive Pregnant Women
• Mentoring and making of the Community Support Groups
• Ensure timely reporting of FICTC, SAICTC and Private Health Facilities
• Support PO in completion of the program activities

Required Qualification & Experience: -

• Bachelors in Social Sciences with at least 2 years’ experience in working with programmes related to livelihood promotion, Field work, HIV/AIDS, health sector programmes not merely awareness activities.
• Should have a vehicle for travel.
• Should have smart phone
• Should have knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and knowledge of internet uses
• People Living with HIV encourage to apply, and relaxation in qualification & experience

Salary: - INR- 9500/- PM
