Project Details:
Metropolis Foundation is implementing the project “Too shy to ask” in various outreach areas of Maharashtra through NGO partners. The project focus on set of interventions with focus on adolescent wellbeing and sexual abuse.
The project will work ensure adolescent girls acquire necessary knowledge, skills and aptitudes that can develop their emotional resilience and help them engage with societal challenges as leaders and girls’ champions
Key responsibilities areas: (not exhaustive)
Qualification and Experiences
Essential:
-Bachelor / Master’s degree Rural development/ social work / economics and should have worked in field.
-Minimum five years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects especially health with focus on adolescent
Preferred
Hands-on experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys and preparation of analytical reports.
Experience in working developing impact stories
Experience of documenting and evaluating Rural and urban interventions and gender project will be preferred
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of Windows packages, esp. Excel and PowerPoint, SPSS and Internet
- Demonstrated documentation and report writing skills
- Experience of providing M&E support to medium scale implementation projects
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in Marathi and English is essential
Remuneration: 55,000/ inclusive of all until March 2023 , with likely of extension.
