Salary: 12000 to18000

You will 

●        Onboard 75% HDs

●        Achieving 90% of the assigned targets within timelines

●        Achieve the assigned applications targets in the assigned territory ( 400 - 500) applications per month)

●        Achieve 90% quality score in M&E reports

●        Handholding HDs on field activities & capacity building

●        Share data & Impact material as and when required by Line manager & management

●        Approving proofs uploaded on the portal as per process

●        Local level liasoning with stakeholders.

●        Basic excel

●        Report generation on system

You should be / have

●        Minimum 1 Maximum 3 years of experience in Social space.

●        Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in the State language

●        Ready to travel extensively - particularly to the remote areas in the assigned States

●        Skilled in people interaction; Empathy and willingness towards resolving people’sconcerns
