Education :

• Graduation/ Post graduation/MSW/Rural Management

Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Managing entrepreneurship, Livelihood development Projects with rural communities especially with women and youth

Skills & Competencies required:

• Very good understanding of rural enterprises, livelihoods, and income generation opportunities in rural areas.
• Good knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship development process, training needs, local ecosystem, and support structure
• Strong training skills and knowledge of training tools, modules, and methodologies.
• Strong team and people management skills
• Ability to manage number of stakeholders and lesioning with government and other partners
• Good MIS management, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools and systems.

Job Profile:

• Management of entrepreneurship development programme.
• Organise various events, workshops, and promotional activities to create awareness around entrepreneurship among youths.
• Understand entrepreneurship development needs of rural entrepreneurs and develop the support system.
• Planning and implementation of the training programmes and exposure visits.
• Liaison with government departments and financial institutions to aid entrepreneurs.
• Develop and maintain project data and MIS for reporting.
• Develop periodic progress reports for better communication of the project outcomes.
