The Gender Lead will specifically work with a program called Saamuhika Shakti (SaaS). SaaS is a six year collective impact intervention, funded by H&M Foundation, to improve the wellbeing of informal waste pickers in the city. 

Location - Bengaluru

The ideal candidate should have a background in gender and program management, and can work with a wide range of stakeholders.

Apply if you have:

• a Master's Degree focused on gender and development
• at least 5 years of overall work experience
• 3+ years of work experience working with gender and/or equity development programs
• 2+ years in a program management role where you have done hands-on work with a wide range of stakeholders
• the willingness to work out of Bengaluru, as all project locations and partners are in Bengaluru
• fluency in Kannada and English
