Position: Project Coordinator / Project Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Scratch programming language to develop interactive educational content and activities for children and community members.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance project impact and sustainability.
Provide technical support and training to project staff and partners on utilizing technology tools and platforms for project monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and desired outcomes.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for students, educators, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.
Monitor and track project progress, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure efficient implementation and budget compliance.
Liaise with government officials, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders to foster partnerships and leverage resources for project expansion and sustainability.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to project staff and partners on implementing innovative approaches and best practices in education, community development, and other relevant areas.
Compile and analyze data collected from project activities to generate insights and recommendations for program improvement and future planning.
Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote visibility and advocate for the interests of the project and the communities it serves.
Qualification:
post-graduate in social work/Bachelor of Technology/Computer Science/project management or relevant field from a recognized university
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong proficiency in local language (Hindi/Telegu) and English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and communities.
Proficiency in coding, particularly in C++, and a solid understanding of other programming languages to support the development and implementation of technology-driven initiatives and educational tools.
Ability to effectively engage with children and communities within education and community development projects, demonstrating empathy, cultural sensitivity, and an understanding of community dynamics.
Willingness to travel to field locations as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to work in diverse environments to ensure project success and community impact.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and training sessions, and convey project objectives and outcomes effectively.
Ability to function effectively as a team player, collaborating with colleagues, partners, and community members to achieve common goals and deliver impactful results.
Strong commitment to meeting reporting deadlines, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of project activities
Experience:
Minimum experience of at least 2-5 years in the social sector or is requiredpreference for those who may have previously engaged in Programming Tools Specialist/Language and Tools Coordinator /social impact/program managementbased roles.
