Currently hiring for two positions:

Position 1: Campaign Associate

They will be responsible for:

• Driving campaigns end-to-end, including planning, ideation, strategizing, and executing on the ground
• Liaising with political leaders, party workers, influencers, and voters
• Gathering ground intelligence at the constituency level to conceptualize hard-hitting, nuanced, and contextualized election campaigns, both digital and physical.

The candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English, must have the zeal to learn, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. They must not be averse to traveling the length and breadth of UP.

Position 2: Political Consultant

They will be responsible for:

1. Conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing campaigns at the grassroots level
2. Interacting closely with diverse stakeholders to capture political trends and dynamics
3. Co-ordinating and liaising with party leadership, workers, and other stakeholders to manage constituency affairs
4. Undertaking research to understand people's issues to shape a positive agenda in line with people's aspirations
5. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of campaigns and provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of public outreach

Both profiles require:

1. Strong problem solving and leadership skills, with sharp political acumen. We accord the highest importance to confidentiality and integrity
2. Being a team player with good interpersonal skills
3. The ability to execute projects end-to-end
4. The willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh and work on tight deadlines
5. Proficiency in MS-Office and the ability to deliver clear briefs and reports
6. Fluency in both Hindi and English
