Job Description:

• Provide overall leadership in Human Resource Functions of the organization.
• Handling End to end recruitment process including induction process.
• Handling processes related to Monitoring of confirmation of after probationary period, renewal of Contracts, Assessment processes.
• Develop processes to understand gaps and issues of HR of different regional offices and Head office and work with Director / Executive Secretary for the remedials.
• Ensure Personal File of all employees are updated.
• Timely Fulfilment of social security benefits applicable as per HR Manual

• Relieving formalities
• Maintenance of Leave records
• Transfer memos records of project staff

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree with MBA in HR / Public Administration/MA good writing skills in English.
• At least 5 years experiences in HR related work in NGOs / Companies / Public Sector

Languages:

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, and Telugu. Working knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.

Compensation:

The Maximum CTC offered for the position is 6 – 8 Lakhs per annum depending on the skills and experiences.
