Responsibilities:

- Develop the vision and strategy for a hybrid (online and in-person) community, and drive initiatives from concept through execution

- Implement and manage the strategy using useful content and compelling social media and other channels to enhance collaborative learning and a sense of community.

- Create content to reflect and grow community, for example drafting monthly newsletter, email and social media content.

- Respond to incoming communications from project email accounts and social media, and manage program’s contact management system

- Manage, implement and facilitate bi-weekly dialogues virtually and/or in-person.

- Maintain relationships with trainers, partners and resource practitioners.

- Systematize and document the virtual and in-person community processes.

- Define and maintain metrics to measure the impact of community building activities and social media strategies.

- Monitor current events in key issue areas for potential campaigns.

- Build and foster relationships with each community work to stay abreast of their work and identify campaign and other opportunities.
