Salary: 25K to 30K depends on candidate potential

Roles and responsibilities:

•Mentoring the MLP facilitators field staff through regular visits to various schools.

•Supporting field team to ensure creative educational inputs are provided to achieve targeted MLP outcomes.

•Mentoring the MLPstorytellers and locationteams in achieving key language and maths learning outcomes.

•Ensuring 2 level increase in student’s competencies and achieving 80% targets for MLP intervention.

•Regular and timely submission monthly and quarterly progress reports of MLP.

•Coordinating with government officials/ school headmasters/ education officials / village Sarpanch on a regular basis
Monthly submission of good quality case studies for all function areas of MLP on time.

•Coordinate, plan and execute base and end line assessment with target group children.
