Broad Areas of Responsibility:
 

1) Development of managers:

Coach managers of CareerShala and Alumni Support to break vision into goals, make a plan of action and execute plans with excellence. Actively support in their learning and growth. Lead recruitment, and selection of facilitators and support managers to train them.
 

2) Partnerships for growth:

Identify organizations and other on-ground sources that work with young people to expand Alohomora’s reach. Build and manage such partnerships. Manage relations with career professionals volunteering to support our students with their expertise and connect them with students as per need.

3) Enabling student learning:

Lead execution team to facilitate our program with students as per design. Actively solve problems on the field to ensure effective execution of programs. Identify stories of success and spread across the student, facilitator and parent community to influence narrative around agency towards career choices. Ensure execution of M&E plans and document observations to suggest improvements for the program.
 

4) Documentation and Reporting:

Document impact of the program, share success stories with external audiences, support in designing students facing communication over social
media and ensure reporting of program outcomes to funding partners.

What we are looking for:
1. At least 4 years of work experience with a track record of exceptional performance in all previous roles.
2. Demonstrated excellence in managing teams and coaching people towards achieving goals and growth.
3. Excellent communication skills to ensure strong purpose clarity of our mission across all levels.
4. Strategic thinking- Ability to break down vision into goals and action plan, make data-backed decisions, create structures and processes
5. Strong relationship building skills
6. Enthusiasm to navigate uncertainties and be part of a passionate young and small team.
7. Experience in teaching and/or facilitating young people is preferable.

Compensation Range:

Rs 7L - 10L/ pa. based on relevant skills and experience.
