Location: Bhubaneswar 

• At least Master degree Minimum 5 years’ experience in image analysis, data interpretation, change detection using RS & GIS Tools,
• experience in Watershed projects. S/He need to have knowledge of standard GIS software and remote sensing tools;
• a track record of research and analysis in using GIS for rural natural resource management and improvement of rural livelihoods and understanding of relevant Government programs;
• excellent writing and communication skills as demonstrated by at least 2 publications in international or Indian journals).
