Qualifications of expert

- Education/training (2.4.1): Post graduation in agribusiness/rural management from reputed institutes with 8 years of relevant field level experience.

- Language (2.4.2): English and Hindi

- General professional experience (2.4.3): 8 years of professional experience in the development sector.

- Specific professional experience (2.4.4): 5 years in training and capacity building in agriculture sector and have been involved in training manual development

- Regional experience (2.4.6): 2 years of experience in projects in UP, of which 5 years in projects in India

- Development Cooperation (DC) experience (2.4.7): 3 years of experience in DC projects from bilateral / multilateral agencies.

Short term pool experts minimum 2 numbers: Field training expert 

Qualifications of experts

- Education/training (2.6.1): Graduation in agribusiness/rural management from reputed institutes with 5 years of relevant field level experience.

- Language (2.6.2): Hindi

- General professional experience (2.6.3): 3 years of professional experience in the development sector.

- Specific professional experience (2.6.4): 3 years in training and capacity building in agriculture sector.

- Regional experience (2.6.5): 5 years of experience in projects in projects of UP

- Development Cooperation (DC) experience (2.6.6): 2 years of experience in DC projects from bilateral / multilateral agencies.
