Requirements

• Minimum 3years of experience in Counselling
• Qualification –Graduation (Preferred –Nursing/Psychology background)
• Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with elders and their families
• Excellent Problem-solving, Inter-personal & Communication skills
• Must be respectful of individuality & diversity, and should be able to build trusting relationships
• Devoted to high-quality elder care service

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with elders
• Identify key contacts at potential elders to establish and foster relationships
• Act as a relationship manager for an elder and arrange required services as per the product requirement
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

Maximum CTC –Up to INR 3,70,000 per annum
