Position: Manager/Senior Manager – HNI Retention

Your Role:
The role encompasses managing alliances and partnerships with corporates and individual donors across the globe( except in US and UK). The role responsibilities would constitute the following:

• This position has team as well as individual responsibilities. The person will be directly managing a portfolio of large individual and non csr company relationships as well as monitoring and ensuring business through team members.
• Create customized presentations and proposals for prospective individual and corporate donors and discuss the same with them.
• Relationship building with both corporate and individual donors through effective donor servicing to ensure retention of donors.
• Person should have basic understanding of data and Mis and needs to Input into planning, budgeting and reviews: Analyse present and past data, locate trends, and evolve plans to raise resources
• Implementing the planned fund raising initiatives with key individual donors including High Value Donors.

You:
You must hold a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or Mass Communications and have 5 to -7 years of experience in sales and marketing with an experience of managing subordinates or small team. Fluency and articulation of the English language is a must. A prior experience of making corporate presentations and writing proposals would be an added advantage.
