Minimum Qualifications: Post Graduate in Business Administration/Management
/Sustainability Management/Entrepreneurship

Experience- 0 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all strategies, targets and plans as set in the project are met including the requirements of funding agencies.
• Mapping needs of the community in business development
• Develop personas of the potential trainees
• Identify individual needs of the potential trainees as per the personas
• Conduct pre and post-assessment of the status and competencies of the trainees
• Take field level initiatives for enterprise development and training by mentoring, assisting in set up of enterprises or enhancement of enterprising skills
• Organize field campaigns and awareness programs
• Create networks and linkages in the local areas for support
• Follow up of trainees and ensure a progressive pathway for them
• Data management and reporting of all the trainees

Skills required:
• Project planning and use of related tools to monitor and report the progress
• Knowledge of business development and enterprising skills
• Self-starter to manage projects independently
• Problem-solving skills to lead a dynamic team and navigate challenges
• Efficient communication and managerial skills to deal with multiple stakeholders at various levels

• Research on the latest developments in entrepreneurship and development of training modules based on expansive education
• Effective data management, analysis and interpretation skills to inform senior management decisions
• Knowledge of Microsoft software like MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment as well as rural areas
