• The kind of person we am looking for could not be defined through normal hiring process documents. I might be able to explain intellectually all the work being done, as most of it is plain Logical processes and otherwise based on experience. *The EA shall be responsible to coordinate between and keep the house in order for all the work happening at the moment, or may happen in future, connected to me in some way or the other. *One of the reasons, this need has come up is because of things becoming "slow" as many of us face immense challenges in our personal lives simultaneously. The person shall also bring motivation in that way

• Travel is possible, re-location and frequent relocation is also a part of this. You might have to live in Assam as well. No luxury services which other "corporate" NGOs provide will be available and the person might have to stay in basic accomodations (adjustment is a key skill needed) in villages across India. Work timings are 24/7 and there is no holiday AS work becomes pleasure and everyday feels like Holiday!

• Since there are multiple entities which you shall be directly working with (and report to me), we shall try to explain the common part is all of these. One thing which I feel is common is the idea to survive despite all challenges. In all the organizations, the entire functions are held by absolutely local members and not exotic ones, imported from outside. You will act as a catalyst and try to respect/learn local language/customs etc, to be able to be seen as a part of community and people.
