Position: Communications specialist

Location: Mumbai
Responsible for the content creation and execution of the varied organizational initiatives for internal and external communications. Create and execute communication strategies to aid resource mobilization of the organization. Support to increase the outreach and brand awareness of the organization, and harness the power of the electronic, print media, events, or other mediums in leveraging the brand outreach for promoting a child-friendly ecosystem in the country, help in advocacy, delivery of better service to the stakeholders.
Fundraising:
· Create effective communication content for internal and external communications
· Create content for a website, email, newsletters, blog, social media, feedback/impact reports, fundraising sales Kits, other branding materials Etc
· Create content to increase the outreach and brand awareness of the organization and its service with children, parents, allied service, and key stakeholders.
· Create communication materials for events, seminars, and press conferences
· Collaborate with resource mobilization, programs, and other teams within the organization
· Provide content and facilitate fundraising through digital platforms for achieving the online fundraising targets
· Coordinate with the Programs Team to ensure effective alignment between CIF’s Program work, brand building, marketing, and communications interventions
· Measure and report on key metrics of communication targets.
· Travel to locations for AV shoots, meetings, content sourcing
