Location: Osmanabad and Tuljapur Block

Role and responsibilities:- 
● Build rapport with the Nagar Panchayat members, block level authorities and other   local community based organisations/groups 
● Provide support to the Jan Saathis in community mobilisation and conducting  camps and workshops for the community 
● Review the data collected by Jan Saathis on the tech platform and ensure that all  compliances have been met 
● Ensure that the applications initiated by Jan Sathis are submitted to the relevant departments/Nagar Panchayat/CSCs timely 
● Support the Jan Saathis in follow up with the authorities for delivery of entitlements   and grievance redressal with respect to Government Relations 
● Provide hand holding support and ensure capacity building of Jan Sathis according   to their training needs 
● Monitor the work being carried out by the Jan Saathis in the field by conducting   regular field visits 
● Check the data being collected by the Jan Saathi on a regular basis 
● Share the insights, challenges and updates with regards to backend data and field operations with District Coordinator on a weekly basis
Qualifications:- 
Graduate in any degree or its equivalent 
● Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in the development sector in a reputed  
organization
Payment :- 14000 + Traveling
