Position: Program Lead

Location: Madhya Pradesh

Crossover Catalyst is looking to recruit Program Lead for Madhya Pradesh for a not for profit organization working in India’s public health space.

The candidate should have 5-7 yrs of work experience in other development organizations, corporates, or management consulting; should adept in handling large volumes of data, managing a large team, multitasking, handling diverse stakeholders and leading initiatives on their own. 

S/he would be responsible for the delivery of the program end-to-end and will manage the team in 1 district (covering ~5 blocks, ~1000 villages; 10-15 team members). S/he will be the face of the district and will hold crucial government relations.
