WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE 

While no two days are the same, some may look like this…

• You finish working on an update PPT deck to present to the Principal Secretary in the monthly steering committee meeting.
• You lead the steering committee meeting with representatives from the UP Department of Technical Education, Medha, and a technology firm engaged in the project.
• You revise the project plan in Asana based on discussions in the meeting and share the meeting minutes.
• You have a call with training and placement officers and Medha’s ToT head to understand their capacity building needs and availability.
• You catch-up with the Program Design head to see where we are with the development of academic calendars for the upcoming internship season.
• You hold an internal meeting with the core Medha project team to brainstorm solutions to a challenge that has cropped up around getting data from the department in a timely manner.

REMUNERATION

₹8.4 Lakhs - ₹18 Lakhs per annum, plus annual bonus, health insurance, and other benefits.
