Position: Maker Expert (Technical Mentor)

Location: Delhi

Experience:  4+ years as a maker, and leader of maker communities (having in-depth tech knowledge)

Skills /Knowledge (preferable)

● Hands-on skills on maker platforms - Arduino, RPi, ESP. Hands-on experience in building electronic prototypes. Familiarity with IoT tech - WiFi, BLE, LoRa, GSM

o Hardware System Design, Firmware, PCB Design, RF Design,CAM, CAD, DFM

o Communication systems and protocols - SPI, I2C, USART etc

● Building mobile/web apps, IoT platforms, REST APIs, networking andsecurity

o UI - Figma/xd o Full-stack development - Flutter, Django, MERN or MEAN

o State Management - Bloc / Redux o Python and common python libraries

▪ Experience in Data science will be given special consideration o Knowledge about DevOps, Automated Testing and CI/CD

● Deep understanding of Networking, OSI model, TCP/IP stack

● Oversee portal work, identify the bugs and get them resolved andmanage payments processes

● Maker and innovator at heart with a passion to help other makers/innovators

● Generalist, quick learner, abreast with latest trends in technology

● Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations

● Traits: Motivator and facilitator, curious,self-driven, empathetic,flexible, high integrity, cross-functional organizational ability

● Start-up bent of mind, interest & knowledge of the start-up & investorecosystem

Other Remarks

● Salary as per experience and organizations norms

● Fixed-term contract from March’24 till November 2024, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of theprogram
