WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your role as Manager, Growth will include the following responsibilities:
Onboarding and engaging employers
- Finding companies with employment opportunities.
- Helping them understand about Meeत
- Verifying the legal entity of employers that signup on the platform.
- Ensuring quality of information in the jobs posted on the platform.
- Coordinating communication among them and potential jobseekers on the platform.
Supporting jobseekers
- Resolving jobseeker queries about the platform functionality.
- Supporting them in understanding about the employers on the platform and jobs posted by them.
- Helping them through the application process with tips on resumes and interviews.
- Ensuring that they are getting the terms promised by the employers in job postings.
- Ensuring that they are not being asked to pay any money in lieu of interviews or final offers shared by employers on the platform.
Building and managing a team of interns
- Recruit interns and freelancers to support your efforts
- Assign them clear responsibilities and deliverables and support them in achieving their goals.

REMUNERATION
Rs. 3.6L - 5.5L per annum, plus annual bonus, health insurance, and other benefits.

OUR HIRING PROCESS
Our goal is to be as transparent and respectful of your time during the hiring process. We use a technology platform internally to ensure the hiring process is robust and documented.
- Apply online - we have a short form to learn a bit more about you.
- Screening - the People Team screens all applications and passes on shortlisted candidates to the respective hiring manager.
- Work samples/assignments - you may be asked to submit existing or new work based on the role and requirements. We very much respect your time, but sometimes it is hard to assess the required skill sets without seeing something tangible.
- Interviews - there will be at least two rounds of interviews. One with the hiring manager and/or their team, and another with the People Team and others based on the role. Interviews would ideally happen in person based on travel restrictions, etc. We do our best to have shortlisted candidates spend time in the Medha office and field.
- Decision - We’ll do our best to inform you of our decision within two weeks of your last interview. We will keep you regularly informed of any updates with your application along the way. If you would like feedback following the process please let us know and we will share it in writing.
