Role and Responsibilities:

As the State Program Lead, you would -
● Lead the co-creation journey of education change programs with partners and Govt. officials
● Design simple and scalable programs and establish effective Monitoring and Evaluation processes
● Review existing structures and processes, and work with concerned officials to implement improvement projects
● Assess and analyse existing government projects and devise plans to strengthen them. You would improve the learning cycles for every official by improving the feedback mechanism from the ground
● Build strategic partnerships consisting of various organizations and stakeholders
Experience Requirements:
● Understanding of learning process in a classroom and governance system of education in India
● Awareness of the state-level initiatives towards education transformation in different parts of India
● Minimum 5 years of work experience in education and/or partnership role preferably with the government at the state level
● Knowledge of Punjabi (Read and Write) is preferred
