As the Grants & Finance Associate, you would -
● Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
● Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and programme budgets and actual expenditures
● Coordinate all audit activity, analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
● Lead annual budgeting and planning process, manage organizational cash flow forecasting by working inpartnership with the team leads, establish finance and administrative systems to support operations
Experience Requirements:
● Min. qualification of CA with atleast 2 years of work experience in finance/compliance domain
● A track record in grants management, experience in compliance and reporting of government, corporate and foundation grants
● Experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll
● Knowledge of Punjabi (Read and Write) is preferred
