Position: Communication Associate

Organization: AU Foundation

Location: Jaipur

Roles and Responsibilities:

 To anchor internal and external communication of the organization.

 To assist in the development of project-based communication strategies based on organizational priorities.

 To support the planning, content development, and rollout of communication activities around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

 To develop communication products relevant and appropriate for audience.

 To work closely with the project managers to curate stories from various CSR programmes.

 Branding Compliance: Ensure compliance of branding guidelines.

 Ideating, writing content and designing promotional material such as newsletter, brochures, posters, reports etc.

 To ensure communication products with the higher management are of top quality.

 To ensure standard content for website.

 Coordinating with agency for the designing of creative and collateral for social media.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for internal and external communication of AU Foundation and have the following profile:

Qualification:

 Master’s in Mass Communication/ Journalism, Development Communication, English (Hons.) or any other related field

 A diploma/Certificate course in script writing is desirable

 Relevant experience of 3 – 7 years in the corporate communication.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi are must.

• Experience of developing communication plan at an organization level.

• Experience of engaging with social media platforms and campaigns is desirable.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms to help with campaign and outreach planning.

• Willingness to travel project location in rural areas as and when required.
