RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide managerial support for planning, implementing, monitoring along with ensuring timely completion of India office project activities Provide support to the Team leads, other Project Managers, and the Technical Advisors in the implementation of the key gender and youth components across the project interventions
- Track and manages the progress of Activities based on the work plan developed and monitor the project expenditure and facilitate spending as per budget
- Document project activities in a qualitative and time-bound manner to showcase project achievements, challenges and lessons learned.
- Prepare high-quality project reports as per requirements of donors, government, and headquarters in a time-bound manner.
- Support in updating and sharing with staff recent developments and knowledge tools in the areas of gender and youth
- Manages in collating data and provide input in the development of the project’s quarterly and annual reports
- Monitor and report on the project-related gender and youth issues within the India country office projects.
- Liaise with key national and international stakeholders, civil society organizations, UN partners, and donors in the India region to enhance the gender and youth portfolio in the India office
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Postgraduate in health management; public health, gender/ youth studies, or the relevant branch of social sciences
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in monitoring and managing program activities
- Experience of working for international organizations

- Good understanding and knowledge of the public health system in India
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Expertise in collecting and compiling data; analyzing and preparing reports
- Demonstrated program management skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong writing skills in English
- Ability to converse fluently in Hindi
- Well organized, flexible with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work in a team setting
- Willingness to travel extensively to Project sites
