Responsibilities

Network with physicians across all therapeutic areas and solicit for innovative ideas/concepts/opportunities in digital health,
Discuss ideas and concepts with internal team, convert them to tangible product development pathway (PDP), evaluate and monitor the process, suggest mid-path corrective measures
Liaise with all stakeholders for timely completion of the PDP
Focus on an efficient and high-quality product to benefit health and well-being of the end user.
Build rich and extensive network of product initiators, developers, modifiers and other vendors
Conduct extensive market research in the field of innovative healthcare ideation
Identify and preempt risks and challenges across products/concepts and mitigate them
Build and mentor team
Multi-task across responsibilities
