The Opportunity:
The Associate Consultant will be an integral part of our Non-Profit Advisory team, building positive
relationships with clients and working closely with multiple teams in delivering solutions to enable high
impact on the ground. The Associate Consultant will be responsible for:
Delivery Excellence
● Take accountability for the successful delivery of various tracks of a project with the support of a Project Manager, through active listening, problem-solving
● Co-create solutions to meet client’s current and future needs, working closely with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
● Entrepreneurial in nature with a mindset to get things done.
Market Engagement
● Keep abreast of new and current trends within the social impact space, innovative approaches to enable scalable impact
● Contribute towards the organisations overall thought leadership strategy by generating meaningful content relevant to the ecosystem
● Would work closely with Project Manager and Sales teams to help write proposals
Institution Building
● Support internal strategic initiatives at the unit level that help contribute towards Sattva’s continuous evolution as an institution
● Participate in building and strengthening internal systems and processes which contribute towards effective and efficient functioning of the unit
● Build, structure and develop knowledge to share internally within the organisation
Key qualifications and experiences:

● 2-4 years of professional experience across business and social domains
● Prior experience in the consulting industry is preferred
● Demonstrated commitment to the sector, prior experience of having worked in the social impact space
● Exceptional problem-solving and advisory skills, especially related to building the capabilities of nonprofits
● Experience in working with teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
● Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
● Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
● Humility, willingness to listen and learn
