Job Description:

• Must have experience of handling multiple corporate / partners.
• Develop and run the business as an entrepreneur and scale it to the next level.
• Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Flexible to work in a start-up environment (ambiguity & constant change).
• Maintain monthly business growth run rate, evaluate the leakages and solve the problem and grow the business.
• Liaison with multiple teams like- Tech, Product, Marketing and city ops team to execute the daily challenge.
• Design business projections and develop operation metrics to measure process efficiency.
• Develop operational excellence to meet business goals M-O-M.
• Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.
• Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
• Experience of Health / General Insurance preferable.
• Work closely with cross functional groups to ensure consistent delivery of services to partners to support business needs and continuous process improvements to maximize growth.
