Job Responsibiities:
Regular Interaction with community and their rapport building under the supervision of respective PCs.

To regulate the key role of the CRPs and their capacity building.

Formation of Community based organizations and conducting its monthly meeting and to facilitate them towards collective initiatives for assertion of their rights & entitlements.

Organizing capacity building trainings & other events with Community members and to make regular follow up of training learning.

Community mobilization towards Creation & revival of Water bodies and to ensure community contribution & ownership over the created community assets.

Ensuring community behavioral change for adopting Water use Efficiency in practice.

Facilitating the internal & external monitoring visits of Parmarth & External Visitors

To ensure timely maintaining project reports, documents & MIS information on regular basis.
