Position: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance such as writing / reverting on emails and answering phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO calendar with extreme detail.
- Schedule meetings with internal teams and external parties and note/record minutes of the meetings if required.
- Coordinate with all external parties which include vendors, brands, partners, etc.
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports as per Management Requirements.
- Follow up with internal teams on various projects and keep the CEO informed on the latest developments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records, and matters related to the office.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff, vendors, and partners.

Experience, Qualification, Compensation
- Experience – 4-6 years of work experience as an EA to Senior Management.
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma/ relevant experience
