Position Overview;
This role is designed to provide broad-based support for the various research projects and initiatives led by the Global Head of Sustainability at Real Assets. Key tasks include but are not limited to the following
- Assist in developing and executing multi-year ESG strategy for the private real asset business across US, Europe and Asia.
- Work closely with the investment teams to continue to refine and improve the ESG integration processes, tools, and systems.
- Drive operating performance by assisting Portfolio Management teams to roll out environmental and social initiatives at the asset level including benchmarking the global real estate portfolio and developing asset level plans and investments around energy efficiency, renewable energy, smart buildings, health and wellness, carbon emissions, and climate risk assessments.
- Support Portfolio Management leads to define sustainability goals at the portfolio level including assessing net zero reduction targets.
- Create thought leadership pieces around key Sustainability topics and support to develop ESG materials for clients, including client presentations, DDQs, and marketing material.
