Job Description
To plan and execute audits for all IH retail stores & Warehouses (WH) of ABFRL including AFS format by close coordinating with brand operation / Warehouse team and audit firms to strength WH process. To monitor blocked stock & Stock in Transit Circulation to bring it less than 30 days

Job Context & Major Challenges

• Planning and execution of audit for retail stores of EBO and WH cycle count.
• Ensuring completion of audits with in cycle/quarter & response on audit query.
• Month end activities like posting all recovery entries in system.
• Weekly visits to WH to strength the Inventory process loops
• Weekly & Monthly Blocked stock & SIT reporting & closure follow-up with stake holders to bring it less than 30 days
• Audited Stores & WH provision to submit monthly basis.
• Payments of audited stores & WH

Planning and execution of retails stores / WH & distributer audits for IH brand on cycle basis and ensuring audit coverage for all stores & WH before deadline
Computation on stores stock debit data for posting in SAP as part of month end activity.
Coordination with brand ops and audit firms for smooth completion and execution of audit process.
Verification of audit data flow status in system for all stores on daily basis.
Consolidating on MIS data for all stores on weekly basis. Also working on management presentation on same.
Preparation on management PPT activity for IH brand on monthly basis to present the audit status of IH.
Weekly & Monthly Refinishing, RMFG SIT & MSKU Circulation.
Audited Stores & WH list for provision.
Ensure all audit report received from audit firms and the same is captured in system (EMS) for tracking purpose.
Stores & WH visit for audit and process control.
Ensuring 100% SOP adherence on all WH process activity.
Audit Bills verification and processing for payment
Control
Ensuring data flow of audit results in system on daily basis
Planning and execution of audit for all stores & WH on timely and cost effective manner.
Proactively planning special request stores along with regular stores for travel audits to make effective cost utilisation and better man power utilisation.
Ensure floor release and audit completion status is monitored and tracked on daily basis to enable store to release the floor for sale. Also to avoid sale loss due to audit.

Qualifications
Any Graduate
Minimum Experience Level
2-4 Years
