Key responsibilities:

• To develop an effective CSR program encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets
• To understand industry standards for measurement and establish CSR performance indicators to bring the organization in line
• To develop and author an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance
• To establish charity partnership program and develop relationships with key business contacts within partners
• To act as the main point of contact for Business in the community
• To engage internal stakeholders and establish a network of CSR Champions within the organization
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to support existing partnerships and CSR work
• Work across the regions to share local activity, establish an internal CSR network, support strategy awareness, and promote cross regional collaboration
• To ensure effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics, CSR targets and performance
• To attend relevant industry events

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in communications, human resources, business or a related discipline
• Post Graduate/ MBA /Marketing or other relevant field
• Previous CSR experience within a corporate environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads and department leader
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Able to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast paced environment
• Solid Senior Stakeholder management skill
