Role and Responsibilities:
Delivery
● End to End recruitment, Secondary research and information management to work closely in collaboration with the partner organisations in executing hiring/ executive search mandates.
● Talent Advisory: partner with organisations in the social impact sector, and helping them in Talent Advisory projects like compensation benchmarking, and organisation developmenthelping them set up structure to attract and retain top talent.
● Engaging and working with mid to senior management layers of the client organisation to understand their hiring needs, people and recruiting challenges.
● Developing and executing search plans, defining job roles, engagement process, governance for the client across sectors and organisations. System Building
● Identifying channels to attract and map the untapped talent for the social impact sector.
● Participating in building and strengthening internal systems and processes which contribute towards effective and efficient functioning of the knowledge centre.
● Creating documentation, reports and tools to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the various tracks within the BU. Business Growth
● Building partnerships with clients and candidates and grow the Careers in Impact brand.
● Ideating and executing branding strategies with help of Sattva marketing team.
● Innovative thinking and building on products & services for the business.
● Work with Sattva Leadership on business strategy to help build Careers In Impact services and roadmap for the business.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● 5+ years of total experience, with a minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Leadership Hiring/ Executive Search/ Sales or any other similar industry is highly preferred. Individuals with a passion to hiring talent for our high impact clients in the social sector needs to be the biggest motivating factor.
● Proven track record of consistent performance in a fast paced environment.
● Entrepreneurial with an innate sense of urgency; will add positive pressure to solve problems while maintaining quality.
● Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with limited supervision is required.
● A natural relationship builder and Leader with a genuine passion for working with people.
