- CA / CFA / MBA with 4 - 5 years of work experience in finance or banking
- Experience in recovery and resolution of stressed assets
- Good relationship with Banks/Financial Institutions/Stressed asset funds
- Ability to analyze financials, cash flows, do a feasibility analysis and prepare financial models
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Knowledge of laws such as SARFAESI Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, etc. will be an added advantage
- Ability to work responsibly with the Senior leadership team to drive resolution
