Tasks and Responsibilities
• Advice Member Associations (countries) on assigned areas of HR&OD such as compensation; procedure, standards and approach.
• Collaborate in capacity building of Member Associations (countries) on assigned strategic areas of HR&OD to help them to adapt new approaches.
• Collaborate to update HR approaches/ policies so that they are in sync with organisational priorities.
• Research and monitor topics related to Staff Benefits such as Insurance, Corporate Tie-ups, Employee Engagement, staff trainings etc.
• Perform End to End recruitment of assigned positions.
• Conduct internal HR Audits in the assigned Member Associations (countries) if needed.
• Work on HR&OD MIS, reports and suggest corrective measures highlighting gaps and deviations.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum required qualification is Post-Graduate in Human Resources Management.
• Should have relevant post-qualification experience of 8 years or more.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power-Point.
• Ability to manage data in effective and efficient manner.

• Good Data Analysis Skills
• Multi-tasking under strict timelines.
• Technical Knowledge of HR Topics (Generalist profile)
